- So...the story starts about nine and a half years ago when Stacey and Joe met while on a date of some sorts. We won't go into the details of it for time sake but we will say that it was impecable timing. Joe served his mission (Cananda, Alberta-Edmonton Mission)while Stacey waited faithfully behind...okay so that's not exactly what happened... Anyway, to avoid boring details and a long argument between the married couple we won't share what happened during the time of when Joe came home from his mission and when Joe and Stacey were engaged. The fact that they ended up married is all that needs to be said. (If anyone is interested in the juicy details, Stacey has the REAL story of what happened.) Not living together for the first four months of marriage, three kids-3 yrs and under, one dog, a stressfull business in the dental lab industry, and 6 1/2 years of marriage later, Joe and Stacey are living (at the moment) happily ever after...
